This electrical inspection investigates thoroughly the state of the electrical wiring, fixtures, and fittings throughout the property to check the safety of the electrical installation. By carrying out the electrical installation condition reports available, we will ascertain any damage to the electrical equipment within your property; whether that be general wear and tear or anything more substantial. We will also highlight any wiring that doesn’t meet the standards set out in the IEE Wiring Regulations, as well as any equipment that poses an electric shock risk.
